Learn how specific frequencies can soothe the mind, balance the nervous system, and awaken the spirit. Through engaging discussions, hands-on practice, and an introduction to diverse sound healing instruments such as crystal singing bowls, seed chimes, zephyr chimes, ocean drums, rainsticks, and much more, you’ll gain not only foundational techniques but also a deeper connection to the wisdom of sound as a tool for transformation.
Whether you dream of weaving sound healing into your wellness practice or simply want to enrich your own journey, this course is open to all. No prior experience or teaching background is needed—just an open heart and curiosity. Rasa Sidabras, Wildlight YTT alumni, will also be providing additional support throughout the course. Join us to uncover the magic of sound and its ability to restore harmony within and around us.
Veda Spidle is a certified Yoga Therapist and an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher at the highest level, specializing in breath work, sound healing, and gentle yoga with meditation. She holds certifications in numerous holistic modalities, including 800+ hours in I AM Yoga Therapy™, Advanced I AM Yoga Nidra™, Sound Healing, Kundalini Yoga, and Reiki. With an open-hearted, knowledgeable, and intuitive approach, Veda's passion for teaching empowers her to guide individuals of all ages and ability levels on their journey toward healing and well-being.
Yoga Alliance registered teachers are eligible for 7 CE hours upon completion of this course.
A $200 cash or check deposit (payable to Sama Integrative Wellness) is required on the first day of the course to cover potential instrument damage. This deposit is separate from the course fee and will be returned at the end of the second day, provided no issues occur. Thank you for your understanding!
