No yoga experience necessary. This workshop is for Every. Body.
Each time he comes to the studio, the experience is different. You bring yourself and any blankets or pillows that make you comfortable. We have mats, body cushions, blankets and bolsters, as well as pillows and eye masks. You settle in, and you RECEIVE: the sound, the stories, the symmetry of energy + relaxation. You end the practice feeling refreshed and revitalized.
