The Council for Art Education also strives to help everyone recognize art education as a viable factor in the total education curriculum that develops citizens of a global society.
Tweens ages 9 through 12 are invited to create a special "small space" canvas that will be exhibited in the libraries main display case in the entrance foyer for the entire month of March!
