Join us for a quiet, restorative evening of candlelit yin yoga and crystal sound bowls, created to support deep rest, nervous system regulation, and gentle release.This class combines long-held, supported yin yoga postures (optional) with the soothing vibrations of live crystal sound bowls. Poses are practiced close to the ground and held for several minutes, allowing the body to soften while the sound bowls help calm the mind and encourage deep relaxation.
Candlelight will create a warm, peaceful atmosphere to support slowing down and turning inward.
This experience is suitable for all levels. No prior yoga or sound healing experience is required.
This class may be especially helpful if you
• Feel stressed, overwhelmed, or emotionally fatigued
• Experience tension, burnout, or difficulty slowing down
• Want a gentle, non-intensive yoga practice
• Are seeking deeper relaxation and grounding
Yoga mats, bolsters and blankets are provided but feel free to bring your own if you'd like.
