This is a reiki and restorative yoga class focused on chakra alignment that offers a holistic approach to balancing and harmonizing the body's energy centers. This unique class combines gentle restorative yoga poses with the healing practice of reiki, providing a nurturing environment for physical, mental, and spiritual restoration.
Each restorative yoga pose includes a chakra-specific meditation that guide participants through mindful visualizations and affirmations tailored to each of the seven chakras, from the root to the crown. These meditations aim to release blockages and promote the free flow of energy, enhancing overall well-being.
Additionally, a comprehensive chakra alignment meditation is integrated into the class, encouraging the opening and harmonization of chakra channels, which can lead to increased vitality, emotional balance, and a deeper sense of inner peace.
This class is designed to be accessible to individuals of all experience levels, promoting a safe and supportive space for personal transformation and healing.
Yoga instructors and reiki practitioners, Kathy Girard and Karla Lund, will be guiding you in this class.
This class is in a heated yoga studio. It is highly encouraged to wear clothing that is light and breathable - tank tops and shorts would be appropriate. You will be warm & toasty! :)
