Sound Bowl in The Gallery

Join us for a calming hour of guided yoga and sound bowl meditation in the beautiful Arts Clayton gallery space. Let the vibrations ground you. Let the silence heal you.

This unique experience is part of the Heart + Soul Project, held every 1st and 3rd Monday. All are welcome, but pre-registration is required to maintain a serene and immersive environment. No late admittance will be allowed.

What to Bring:

    •    Yoga mat or blanket

    •    Water bottle

    •    Comfortable clothing

    •    An open heart and quiet mind

    •    Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to settle in.

    •    Space is limited to preserve the quality of the experience.
