Think of this as a mini paddleboard and yoga retreat.
We’ll paddle through Holston Lake (30–40 minutes from Johnson City), explore hidden coves and wild little islands, pause for an all-level SUP yoga flow, and melt into floating yoga nidra on our boards. There will be at least two dedicated yoga stops — one slow and grounding, one deeply restful — plus time to snack, swim, and enjoy the day with like-minded people.
