Slow down, clear the mental clutter, and reconnect with what deserves your energy and attention. We'll reset through intentional breathwork, guided relaxation, and the restorative vibrations of crystal singing bowls. You'll leave feeling grounded, organized, and ready to move forward with greater clarity and purpose.
A sound bath is a relaxing, meditative experience where crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments are played to create soothing vibrations throughout the space. You do not have to “do” anything correctly. You simply lie down, get comfortable, breathe, and allow the sound to support your nervous system, emotions, and intentions.
***A mat, water, blanket, and eye mask will be provided. You are welcome to bring anything else that helps you feel comfortable.
