Join us for a relaxing sound experience bringing together ihridaya’s gong bath and a talented guest musician, in a spirit of creativity, exploration, and connection.
Each month features a new sound collaboration, making every gathering a unique experience.
The church’s stunning acoustics allow every note, vibration, and subtle texture of sound to come fully alive, creating a deeply immersive experience.
Whether you’re familiar with sound baths or joining for the first time, this is an opportunity to pause, rest, and immerse yourself in an evening of beautiful live sound.

I’m truly honoured to open this new chapter with beautiful and talented Eka @ekabandura, and her magnificent Bandura & voice.
What to expect?
7:05-7:15pm: Arrival and settling in (please no need to arrive before 7:05pm as we'll still be setting up).
7:15pm: Doors close and the session begins promptly.
8:20pm: Session ends.
Simply bring a mat, blanket, eye mask and anything else you need to feel comfortable. During the experience, there's nothing you need to do but just lie back, close your eyes, and allow yourself to be carried by layers of sounds and vibrations.
As the gongs blend with a live guest instrument, waves of sound gently wash through the space, offering a soothing sonic massage for body and mind. Many people leave feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed, and more connected to themselves.
This session takes place at St Luke's church on Hillmarton Road, a short walk from both Caledonian road and Holloway road.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Gong baths are not suitable for anyone with a pacemaker, or for anyone with epilepsy. They are also not recommended for women in the first trimester of pregnancy due to the sensitive nature of this stage.If you wear hearing aids, please switch them off during the session. If you have any medical concerns or are unsure whether this experience is suitable for you, please consult your doctor before attending.
