Join on Sunday 11th October to come home to yourself, on a journey of sound healing designed to still the mind and soften the body.
You are safe here.
Settle onto your mat in a warm, softly lit room. There’s nothing to do and nowhere to be. Simply lie back, let go, and allow the sound to hold you.
Together, we’ll invite stagnant energy to float away, guiding you back into alignment with your higher self.
During the sound bath, waves of vibration move gently through the body, inviting deep rest and release. Each singing bowl has been tuned to one or more chakra frequencies, allowing its resonance to work with the body’s energy centres, helping to clear what feels blocked and restore a sense of flow and calm.
You may drift. You may dream. You may simply rest. However the session meets you is exactly right.
This is a space to exhale. To be held. To remember that you are safe here.
What to bring: comfortable, warm clothing and cosy socks, as the body naturally cools once it settles into deep rest. Blankets and mats will be provided, though you’re welcome to bring your own.
