About this Event
Join us for a deeply restorative Sound Bath and Yoga Nidra in San Diego designed to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with inner stillness.
This immersive San Diego wellness experience blends guided meditation, Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), and the soothing vibrations of quartz crystal singing bowls to support deep relaxation, emotional grounding, and mental clarity.
What to Expect
We begin with a grounding guided meditation to settle into the body and breath. From there, you’ll be guided into Yoga Nidra, a powerful restorative meditation practice known for activating the parasympathetic nervous system.
As you rest comfortably, layers of resonant sound from quartz crystal singing bowls wash over you, supporting deep relaxation and a meditative state.
No experience with meditation, yoga, or sound healing is necessary. Simply lie down, get comfortable, and receive.
