During this intimate sound bath, Zen Studios will guide you through a deeply restorative experience using crystal sounds and hertz frequencies. You’ll be invited to lie back, quiet the mind, and allow the sound to support relaxation and nervous system reset.

No prior experience is required. Simply arrive with an open mind and give yourself permission to slow down.
