This practice is paired with Sankalpa, a yogic vow to honor your authentic self and highest potential, setting an intention that guides your experience.Layered with the transformative vibrations of a Sound Bath, this 90-minute session uses sound to harmonize energy, synchronize brain waves, and bring profound relaxation. Together, Yoga Nidra, Sankalpa, and sound create a space where the body can align, release what no longer serves, and restore balance—supporting stress reduction, overall wellness, and a deep sense of inner harmony.
