Come and immerse yourself into the sound and vibration of sacred instruments. Let your cells dance, as the sound and vibration ripples through your body and mind. In this state you are able to release unwanted energy bringing your body in balance and harmony through the law of resonance.We will start with a little grounding and centring meditation before moving into the heartbeat of the drum. Your heartbeat will merge with the beat of the drum. Percussion instruments, Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, crystal singing bowls, pipes and much more will be used during the session.
Please bring a mat, blanket or sleeping bag in the colder months and pillow to get cosy and comfortable.

Sound therapy is very beneficial for sleeping problems, it can help you to relax and is beneficial for physical and emotional issues.
Contraindications are epilepsy and the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.
