Join me for an hour of blissful sound and healing vibrations at Sacred Heart, Droitwich. WR9 8AZ, on Monday 16th Mar 2026 from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Cost: £20.Relax in the serene surroundings of this beautiful parish hall, as I guide you through a deeply calming experience. Let the soothing sounds of singing bowls and the gentle flow of Reiki energy create a space for relaxation and renewal.
What to Expect
Enjoy an immersive hour of sound and energy healing, featuring:
Singing Bowls: Allow their vibrations to wash over you, releasing tension and promoting relaxation.
Reiki Energy: Reiki is a beautiful part of your sound bath experience. Before the session begins, I will be placing Reiki energy throughout the room, creating a safe, calm, and healing space for everyone to relax into.
You’ll also be given Reiki symbols to place under your mat, each one infused with intention to support your emotional, physical, and energetic wellbeing during the session.
As we begin with a gentle guided meditation, we’ll invite the Reiki energy into your awareness, allowing it to flow in harmony with the sounds and vibrations. You may feel this energy as warmth, tingling, a shift in emotion—or simply a deep sense of peace.
There’s no need to do anything—just relax and receive, knowing that Reiki is flowing exactly where it’s needed most, supporting your healing in a gentle and intuitive way.
This session is led by Jacquie, a Reiki Master, Crystal Healer, Hypnotherapist, and Sound Therapist. I will bring a wealth of experience in holistic healing to ensure you leave feeling renewed and centred.
What to Bring
A yoga mat, air mat, or sleeping bag to lie on.
A cushion or pillow for your head.
A warm blanket to stay cosy during the session.
Water to stay hydrated.
If lying on the floor is difficult, feel free to bring a comfy chair or recliner. You’re also welcome to bring an extra cushion for back or knee support.
Note for Winter: Layers are recommended to ensure you stay warm.
Important Information
Doors Open: 6:15 PM.
Session Begins: 6:30 PM sharp. To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we cannot admit late arrivals.
Parking: please park around the back in the car park the front of the church is reserved for disabled parking

This session is not suitable for:
Those with heart conditions or pacemakers.
Those who suffer from epilepsy.
Anyone who is pregnant women.
Those experiencing acute mental illness.

Note: A small amount of natural incense may be used to cleanse the space prior to the session. If you have allergies or sensitivities, please advise us via email before attending.
