Sooth Your Soul Soundbath

A sound bath is a journey of frequencies, sounds and silence where you are bathed in vibrations of gongs, singing bowls, crystal bowls, frame drum, bells, and soft voice to take you into a deep state of restful relaxation.

There is nothing to do, just be.

The mind chatter subsides.

The nervous system rests and rebalances.

You are led on a sound meditative journey into a state of peace and inner bliss

Please bring yourself something comfy to lie on and a blanket to wrap yourself in as you are gently led into a meditative state where you are awake yet calm, where your mind chatter begins to cease and you can float in embodied bliss.

Doors open at 7.15pm for silent relaxation and settling.

Soundbath starts at 7.30pm promptly and doors are closed at 7.25pm

Soundbaths are not recommended for women in the first trimester of preganancy, mainly for practitioner protection.

If you have any current psychosis then sound can be incredibly healing yet a group session my not be the best way to experience this. Do contact me for more information and supportive ways to use sound on a more 1:1 basis.

Also sound sensitive epileptics would be advised to work in a more subtle way as the vibrations and frequencies may not be conduicive in a large group settting.
