Upon your arrival, enter through the lower double doors and check in before entering the sanctuary for the workshop.
Bring a mat, blanket, and pillow if you'd like to experience this on the floor.
Bring your water in a sealed container.
Please plan to arrive by 6:15 pm to allow yourself time to be prepared for the session to begin promptly at 6:30 pm.
