Most of us move like we're in a life long game of Simon Says. Lift your arms. Touch your toes. Spin around. Clean the kitchen. Do the laundry.

But what if Simon said "move like the ocean?" or "wiggle your fingers like a candle flame?"

We will be taking the everyday stressful movements and making them feel a bit more magical in our body. Not because they will actually BE magical in real life, but because when we learn to embrace non-linear movement , we reconnect with the capacity to make magic in the mundance.
