About this Event
Dr. MaKesha Harris Lee, EdD is the founder of Her Jewel & Her Crown Wellness in Belleville, IL. As a Sacred Rest Coach and Certified Sound Healing Facilitator, she creates restorative wellness experiences for individuals, groups, and community spaces across the Metro East.
On Saturday, August 29 at 7:00pm, come lie down inside the Fuller Dome and let 75 minutes do what a whole weekend usually can't. Dr. MaKesha Harris Lee, Certified Sound Healing Facilitator and Sacred Rest Coach, will guide 75 minutes of breathwork, guided rest, and live sound using crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gong, and chimes. Curved walls carry sound in a way flat ones never will, so this room does something an ordinary room simply can't.
No experience needed. Just show up, lie back, and receive.
What Participants Should Bring
• Yoga mat or blanket to lie on
• Pillow or cushion for comfort
• Water bottle
• Comfortable, loose clothing
No prior experience needed. Suitable for adults and teens 13 and up.
