Sound Bath with Cats

Join us for a unique and heart-centered sound healing experience shared alongside adoptable rescue cats.

This event blends the calming frequencies of crystal singing bowls with the gentle, regulating presence of cats! As you rest comfortably, you’ll be guided through breathwork and a meditative sound bath designed to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and promote deep relaxation.

Cats are known for their intuitive and soothing energy. Their natural purring vibrates within a frequency range often associated with calming and restorative effects. When paired with the tones of singing bowls and other sound healing instruments, this creates a space that supports both physical relaxation and emotional ease.

Throughout the session, cats may roam freely around the space. You’re welcome to simply enjoy their company and if you feel a connection, all cats present will be adoptable through Purr Cup.

No prior experience with meditation or sound baths is necessary.

The sound bath will be 60 minutes. Stay after to hang with the cats! Cafe beverages will be available for purchase.
