Join us for a deeply restorative sound bath at Somos Yoga with Alex Ballew of Secret River Sounds. Alex will fill the room with soothing tones from gongs, crystal harp melodies, singing bowls, didgeridoos, rain sticks, bells, drums, and more. Let the vibrations guide you into stillness, accessing your parasympathetic nervous system for deep relaxation and emotional release.
As you lie on the floor, you’ll have the space to meditate, connect with yourself, and tap into your innate healing abilities. It’s a chance to rejuvenate, ground yourself, and let go of stress.
Please bring cozy props like a yoga mat, blankets, pillows, and an eye mask for comfort. Warm socks are recommended to keep your feet cozy during the session. The more comfortable you are, the deeper your relaxation will be, allowing you to float into a peaceful, healing state.
