Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments as you journey into a state of deep rest and relaxation. Whether you’re new to my sound bath meditations or a regular participant, this space is open for everyone!

What to Wear/Bring:

- Comfortable clothing

- A yoga mat, chair, or blanket, pillows, and any other comfort items you would like to enhance your experience

- An open heart and a willingness to relax

Whether you’re looking to deepen your spiritual practice, relieve stress, or simply engage in a moment of calm, this experience offers a peaceful retreat to reflect, refresh, and realign with the mind, body, and spirit.
