Sound Bath: Vision for 2025

This sound bath meditation is created to make internal space focusing on grounding. The season of winter is best used to cultivate your inner fire. It’s the time of year to narrow your vision on the path you choose to expand on. Where your mind goes is where the energy flows. Let us use this time to develop our plan, connect to our values, and tap into our desires.

· Attending Class: 75 min sound bath

• Bring a yoga mat or blanket to lie on and/or cover with (get cozy)
• Wear comfortable clothing
• Refrain from eating heavily 1.5 to 2 hours before practice
• Come 10-15 minutes prior to class start time
• Silence cell phones
• Doors will lock at 6:30 p.m.
• Please build in time to look for parking
