Each week, we’ll explore a specific theme, such as mindful breathing, body awareness, or gratitude, building upon the previous week’s lessons to deepen your practice. Designed for beginners and those with some mindfulness experience, this class provides a supportive, non-judgmental environment for growth and exploration.
By the end of the program, you'll have a personalized toolkit of mindfulness practices to help you navigate life’s challenges with greater ease, clarity, and joy.
