Start the new year by resetting your nervous system through the power of sound and frequency.
This deeply relaxing sound bath supports the body and mind to release the residue of the past year and gently recalibrate for the year ahead. Rather than forcing intentions, we work with frequency to restore balance first, allowing clarity, calm and focus to naturally emerge.
You’ll be guided into a meditative state and immersed in therapeutic sound designed to reduce stress, quiet the mind, improve sleep and support emotional and energetic reset.
Held by Guiomar of The Healing Temple alongside Shannon, a trained sound therapist, this session offers a safe and nurturing space for deep rest and integration.
WHAT TO BRING::
Yoga mat, blanket, pillow, anything that helps you feel warm, supported and comfortable.
ARRIVALl: Please arrive at 5:20pm (not earlier, as the hall will be closed).
MOT RECOMMENDED FOR:
– People with sound-induced epilepsy
– Those in the first trimester of pregnancy
– Anyone experiencing acute mental health crisis
– Individuals who are highly sensitive to sound

The Power of Two Sound Bath Terms and Conditions:
Bookings are non refundable and non transferable to cash.
If you are unable to attend due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you may attend the next scheduled Power of Two Sound Bath only.
The replacement session must be used within one month of the original booking date and cannot be carried forward beyond this period.
Missed sessions cannot be transferred to multiple future events or held open indefinitely.
Late arrivals are not permitted once the session has started, as entry is not possible after doors close.

IMPORTANT ARRIVAL INFORMATION for Weston Turville Hall SOUND BATH EVENT:
The hall now has a new entrance door system that only opens from the inside. Once the sound bath has started, we are unable to stop playing to open the door. Please arrive at least ten minutes before the start time. Doors will close at 5:25 pm and the session begins at 5:30 pm. Late arrivals will unfortunately not be able to enter. Thank you so much for your understanding.
