What do I need to bring for my session?
For sound bath group sessions, you don't need to bring anything specific. Just wear comfortable clothing, bring yoga mat and blanket, pillow and eye cover if you prefer.
Who cannot have a sound bath?
While sound baths are generally safe and beneficial for most people, there are a few considerations. We advise against sound baths for individuals with pacemakers, those in the first trimester of pregnancy, or those with severe mental health conditions. Please always check with your doctor any health concerns before your session so you can be sure it's suitable for you.
