Treat yourself to an hour of relaxation and stress reduction.
I will gently guide you into meditation and use sound to assist you in enjoying a relaxing experience.
I will be using both, crystal and tibetan singing bowls, chimes, rainstick, ocean drum, gong, tuning forks, drum, rattles and other healing vibrations.
Bring a mat, blanket, pillow or whatever you may need to lay comfortably for the hour.
Room for 12
arrive early to get settled and comfortable before start time.
