🔥 Start Your Week Strong: Cardio & Booty Pump Class 🔥
Kick off your Monday with an energizing outdoor workout designed to get your heart pumping and your muscles burning! This class combines fun cardio intervals with targeted lower-body strength exercises to build endurance, boost energy, and strengthen your glutes and legs.
What to Expect:
✨ 5-minute warm-up
✨ 45–50 minute cardio & booty pump workout
✨ 5-minute cool-down
✨ Optional 10-minute meditation at the end
✨ Modifications for all fitness levels
The workout will be led by Emily, a certified group fitness instructor and cycling instructor at the YMCA. :)
📍 Bluegill Bay County Park in Rib Mountain. An exact pin/location will be provided closer to the event.
🦟 If mosquitoes are out, we'll have a Thermacell running, but please feel free to bring your own bug spray just in case.
🏊♀️ Anyone who would like to take a swim after the workout is welcome to jump in the water and enjoy the lake!
🚻 Please plan to use the restroom before arriving, as the park bathrooms may be closed.
💚 This event is completely free to attend, though tips are always appreciated and help support future community fitness events.
Whether you're looking to break a sweat, get stronger, meet new people, or simply start your week on a positive note, this workout is the perfect way to set the tone for the days ahead.
Bring: Water, an exercise mat and/or towel (sweat towel encouraged), sunscreen, comfortable workout clothes, and a friend if you'd like! 💪☀️🌿
☔ Weather Backup Plan: If the weather doesn't cooperate and we're unable to hold the workout, we'll still plan to get together! Depending on the conditions, we may meet up for coffee, a drink, a craft night, or another fun indoor activity instead. A weather update and backup plan will be posted if needed.
