When: Every Saturday at 11:00am
Starting: March 7th
Length: 60 minutes (45 min sound + 15 min chill)
Cost: $20 per person (pay at the door, cash or Venmo)
Join us for a weekly Sound Bath designed to help you unwind, regulate your nervous system, and return to yourself.
Each session includes 45 minutes of immersive sound using chakra-tuned singing bowls, chimes, rattles, and gentle percussion, followed by 15 minutes of quiet integration time to rest, reflect, or simply be.
Come as you are. Lie down or sit comfortably. Let sound do the work.
