An 8-week rotating, trauma-informed breathwork and embodiment series designed to build nervous system regulation, emotional capacity, and embodied self-awareness in a progressive and supportive way.
Each session integrates breathwork, mindfulness practices, somatic tools, and practical clinical insights to help participants move from dysregulation toward conscious response.
You may join at any time; each class stands fully on its own. However, the full 8-week series is intentionally sequenced to deepen capacity and integration over time.
📒Journals and writing materials are provided, along with occasional handouts to support continued practice beyond the classroom.
Important: All practices are optional. Participants are encouraged to follow what feels safe. A waiver is required to participate. We recommend bringing water (in a closed container) to support grounding and hydration after breathwork.

About the Teacher: Kimberly Quezada, LMFT is a licensed mental health clinician and trauma-informed breathwork facilitator devoted to helping individuals regulate their nervous systems and reconnect with their bodies. Rooted in clinical mental health and integrative trauma work, she blends nervous system education, breathwork, mindfulness, and somatic embodiment practices into grounded, accessible spaces for growth. Through choice-based facilitation and carefully paced breathwork, she supports participants in building emotional capacity and strengthening nervous system literacy. Kimberly believes healing does not require force. that when we feel safer in our bodies, we gain the power to respond with presence, steadiness, and self-leadership.

Develop stability and choice through regulation breathing, grounding tools, and practices that build internal safety.
📅Monday, March 23, 2026 - Week 3 — Expanding Capacity: Growing Your Window of Tolerance
Learn to stay present with discomfort using guided breath, visualization, and pendulation practices that increase resilience without overwhelm.
📅Monday, March 30, 2026 - Week 4 — Compassion & Vagal Tone: Softening Self-Criticism Through Breath
Cultivate kindness toward yourself through heart-centered breathing and guided self-compassion meditation.
📅Monday, April 6, 2026 - Week 5 — Release & Awareness: Supported Emotional Release
Engage in somatic breathwork, with guided awareness and a music-supported session with integration to safely move stored tension. **Please avoid eating a meal 60-90 mins before the session, a small snack is fine.**
📅Monday, April 13, 2026 - Week 6 — Breath of Life: Energy Without Overwhelm
Build vitality through energizing breath techniques and somatic movement, followed by a strong regulation cool-down.
📅Monday, April 20, 2026 - Week 7 — Expanded Breathwork Journey: A Preview of Immersive Work
Experience a deeper conscious connected breath session with personal pacing, music support, and reflective integration. **Please avoid eating a meal 60-90 mins before the session, a small snack is fine.**
📅Monday, April 27, 2026 - Week 8 — Identity & Integration: Becoming Someone Who Practices Regulation
Strengthen daily life application through regulation breathing, guided meditation, and integration practices.
