A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are “bathed” in slow, peaceful sound waves. There is absolutely no yoga, movement, or physical exercise required; your only job is to lie there - simple enough! These frequencies are intended to help you reach a state of deep relaxation, improve sleep quality, and reduce anxiety.
To ensure complete comfort, we encourage you to bring yoga mats, pillows, blankets, etc. Clear your schedule for one hour of effortless relaxation and let Bethany work for you!
