Join me, Claire Beasley Sound Meditation, for a deeply relaxing Friday evening sound bath at Ripley Village Hall - a beautiful, light and airy space in the heart of the village.
As the week comes to a close, take this time to pause, breathe and unwind. This welcoming space provides the perfect setting to let go of tension and immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, along with other therapeutic instruments.
A gentle and grounding way to end your week feeling calm, balanced and restored.
Arrival Information
The sound bath will take place in Hall 2 (Garden Hall) at Ripley Village Hall.
Please enter via the door to the left of the main entrance from 7:00pm. You’re welcome to arrive between 7:00pm and 7:10pm to settle into your space.
If you arrive a little earlier, I kindly ask that you wait in your car or outside until the doors are unlocked.
This allows me to prepare the space fully and create a calm, welcoming atmosphere for everyone - thank you for your understanding.
The session will begin promptly at 7:15pm, and to maintain a peaceful environment, late entry won’t be possible.
What to Bring
- A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
- A pillow
- Blanket(s)
- Drinking water
Optional: an eye mask and an extra cushion for under your legs
A journal if you’d like to reflect before or after the session
Anything else you need to stay cosy and warm
