60min of cellular rejuvenation in a meditative Sound Bath on a Red Light Therapy mat.
A premium, dual-modality wellness experience that combines auditory and cellular healing. By merging the acoustic vibrations of sound therapy with the cellular rejuvenation of light therapy, this combination deeply calms the nervous system and accelerates physical recovery.
Instead of lying on a standard yoga mat during a sound session, you lie directly on the warm, light-emitting surface of the red light therapy mat.
