Feeling the midweek slump? Take a break from the hustle and reset with the healing power of sound. Join us for this relaxing and restorative sound bath!

This immersive experience of soothing frequencies will allow you to recharge your energy and clear mental clutter, helping you restore balance and focus for the rest of your week.

What to expect:
Laying down (or seated, if you choose), simply let the vibrations of crystal & Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, and other resonant instruments wash over you. As the sound frequencies reverberate through your body, they help reduce stress, promote mental clarity, and encourage a deep sense of relaxation. The session is designed to gently guide you into a meditative state, providing a chance to reconnect with yourself in the midst of the busy week.
