Rooted in Self Love

Join me for the second workshop in my Grounding and Reflection Series: Rooted in Self Love. We will start the evening with a cacao ceremony, followed by gentle movement and breath that will guide us into our very own heart center.

During this workshop, we will take a deep dive into what it means to truly love ourselves, and what it means to live from the heart. Topics we will explore include taking care of ourselves, self-compassion, setting healthy, loving boundaries, and sharing our love with others. We will end with a nourishing, heart-centered meditation.

What to bring:

• A yoga mat
• A journal and pen
• Anything you like to have for comfort during meditation (pillow, eye covering, blanket, etc.)
• A mug for cacao

This event will be in the Eagle Room at the Hanai Center.
