Sound Bath Meditation Evening

Join Simi for a deeply immersive and relaxing afternoon of healing vibrations, beautiful acoustics and a nurturing journey. Simi is an intuitive guide and a healer, in her soothing presence and offering she alchemizes energy by channelling Reiki through her passion for Sound Baths. She will open the space in our sanctuary, for collective healing, time to pause and slow down. Together we will start our journey through guided breaths and intention setting in what would we like to receive from the sound. Arriving into stillness you will be guided into a magical sound journey with the Earthy grounding Gong, crystal bowls, ancient Tibetan bowls and other sound instruments to lull you into a wonderful state of inner peace, calm and harmony between your inner and outer worlds.

Enjoy a warm glass of cacao upon arrival at 5:30pm before entering the sound bath from 6pm to 7pm. Come dressed in something comfortable and warm, and feel free to bring a blanket and a pillow to reach the ultimate relaxation state.
