Sound Bath Meditation

Location: Zenw2 Studio. 12 Queen's Parade, Walm Lane, Willesden Green, NW2 5HT.

Shift from the mental clutter and outer chaos to the inner calm and clarity.

Allow this time in your week to slow down, release, destress and come back to who You are and what You want.

Join me in this intentionally created sound and meditation journey that facilitates a deeper connection with your Self. Allow the sounds to sooth your nervous system for deep inner transformation and balance. Experience the release of feelings of stress and come back to the centre of You- the state of Being and receiving.

This 60 minute session involves the use of carefully and intentionally selected instruments and techniques to faciliate a journey of deep release, reflection and inner connection.

Instruments: crystal bowls, frame drum, rainmaker, chimes.

Techniques: Involve some movement (qigong), breath work, guided meditation and journalling at the end.

Give back to yourself and move forward more empowered.

Limited spaces: max 7 people.

A welcoming and friendly small group atmosphere.
