Come and join our Sound Bath meditations, vibrational relaxation, curated sonic journies to soothe the soul…Minimal effort required, for maximum results. Simply recline, bathing in the deeply therapeutic and delightful sacred sound vibrations that will help promote healing, happiness and vitality.
We may ease out with a gentle stretch & focus on the breath, before lying down, wrapped up warmly in blankets.
You will listen to the ethereal tones of our crystal bowls, handmade Tibetan Singing Bowls - including 7 Chakra bowls - unique titanium gongs, Chinese Wind Gong, vocal toning, shamanic drum, tingshas, koshi bells and more.....
