Blending vibrational instruments, KammB will help guide you into a deep meditative state, where the mind and body can relax and healing can begin.

Sound therapy can offer benefits including relief from anxiety and stress, better sleep, restoring the body's natural sleep cycles, and can promote a deep meditative state, heightening clarity and improving focus.

This session will be a time to renew and rejuvenate.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and a pillow or anything that might help make you feel comfortable. Limited mats and props available.
