🎶 Sound Healing — the use of harmonic frequencies from singing bowls, tuning forks, and other instruments to soothe the nervous system and guide you into deep relaxation.
Together, Reiki and sound weave into a whole-body meditation — one that supports emotional release, inner clarity, and a return to stillness.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or bolster — anything that helps you feel grounded and cozy.
