Your host for this event is Sydney Bridges. Sydney is trained in Advanced Sound Healing Therapies using instruments and voice. She has more than 20 years of experience as a healer and teacher in vibrational healing modalities using sound and light therapy.
You will not want to miss this event. Generally, a sound bath is a meditative experience in which those in attendance are bathed in sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, rain sticks, and even the human voice.
The sounds are carefully synthesized, with notable resonance and overtones, using crystal singing bowls and other instruments as listed above. During the sound bath, participants lie on their backs, sometimes called the Savasana position in yoga.
