Sound Bath + Intro to Mindfulness

A structured, guided sound bath designed for those new to meditation, stillness, or sound healing.

If we’re not used to it, stillness can feel unfamiliar, uncomfortable, or even overwhelming. This sound bath was created as a gentle, guided space for those who are new to meditation, feel anxious in silence, or find it hard to stay present.

You’ll be introduced to mindfulness tools and supported in bringing your attention back to the present moment - through sound, breath, and grounding anchors for your five senses. This is a more structured, beginner-friendly sound bath designed to offer guidance and support while also creating space to gently practice being in stillness.

6:30 PM – 7:30 PM

I recommend arriving about 10 minutes early to lay out your mat and settle in before we begin.
