Do you live with a chronic health condition such as anxiety, depression, or pain or insomnia? Do you live in a state of constant fear, hypervigilance and deal with panic attacks? Would you like to heal from past trauma? Or maybe your stress stems from juggling work and being a parent? Do you experience career dissatisfaction and not sure what to do about it? Are you wanting to deepen your spirituality?
👉🏽Then, join me on Thursdays - weekly from 630-730pm in a calming and restorative experience. The 4th Thursdays will be a special session in that it will include Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing. No matter the week you attend, each session will help you to balance and strengthen your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.
✔️You will have the opportunity to release chronic stress, balance your nervous system and hormones - all necessary for managing a chronic health condition.
✔️You will begin to heal from past trauma by not only releasing suppressed or repressed emotions, but sound healing also calms the amygdala, our Fight or Flight center of the brain.
✔️Ultimately, you will be guided back to your true nature. A place where you experience unconditional love and acceptance.
✔️You will leave class feeling recentered- ready to embrace your daily life. And experiencing stillness will help you tap into clarity and purpose about how to live your most authentic life.
✨This class is held at Shanti Sound, a sound healing meditation and holistic event space in Scottsdale. Please arrive 10-15 min early to get settled. I will greet you in the lobby.
