Sound Bath in the Park

We’re back for Season 2 of Sound Baths in the Park!
Come relax with us in nature as we tend to The Garden Within ourselves. The space where rest, reflect, manifest and restore.
Through guided meditation and the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, and grounding instruments, we’ll gently slow down the nervous system, release stagnant energy, and create space for clarity and intention. Just like the earth blooms in spring, this is a moment to pause, breathe, and realign with yourself.

It’s also a beautiful opportunity to meet new friends and connect with a supportive community, so feel free to invite someone along.
Bring anything that will help you stay cozy:
a yoga mat, blanket, eye mask, pillow, and a journal or something to write with.
