About this Event

Join Jen Vu & Mai-Anh Nguyen for an immersive sound bath in the beautiful La Caille Grand Atrium. Held within the tranquil embrace of the greenhouse, experience the soothing tones of crystal alchemy bowls, gongs, and other therapeutic instruments as they invite deep relaxation, balance, and renewal. Step into serenity and return to the harmony within yourself.

Bring a yoga mat to lay on and any pillows, blankets, eye masks, crystals, etc. to support your sound journey.


The bar will be open afterwards for anyone who would like to stay for a drink or small plates! If you would like to make a reservation for dinner, please call our host desk or visit OpenTable.
