Surrounded by gentle air and a serene atmosphere, you’re free to settle in and simply be.As you relax, she will guide you through a sound bath—soft vibrations and harmonic tones washing over you, easing tension, quieting the mind, and restoring balance. This is your time to pause, reconnect within, and rest in true restoration.
Please note that These events accommodate 10 participants each for optimum comfort and enjoyment of laying on the sand.
During this event you will also receive Halo-therapy to Boost your immune system.

NO FOOD OR DRINK IN CAVE
NO OUTSIDE MATS OR BLANKETS - Will be provided
NO ELECTRONICS OR PHONES
NO LATE ENTRY OR EARLY EXIT (Except in Emergency)
*Dress in comfortable loose clothing - shorts, tees or tanks are good for maximum skin exposure! Cave is set at a comfortable temperature and may warm up as the session progresses due to body heat and increased energies.
