You are invited to share an experience unlike any other. Hosted by Discovering the Horse in the coming new space, the “DH DEN”A sound bath is an experience where a practitioner plays musical instruments to relax the body and calm the mind.
Other names for it are “sound meditation,” “sound healing,” or “sound therapy.” In a sound bath, participants generally lay down and listen to various sounds with closed eyes.
