Join us for a Soundbath to Rest & Receive deeply. Let your nervous system unwind; let the healing vibration bypass the busy mind and come into inner stillness. Feel your body relax, letting go of tension... Experience the healing potential of sound on a cellular level.
Crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, the gong, chimes and more will be played to take you on a sound journey and into deep relaxation to stimulate your body-mind's healing response.

Participants will be positioned on their backs on the floor for the event (70 minutes). Things to bring for your comfort: Yoga mat or foamy, pillow, rolled up towel or bolster underneath your knees, blanket, eye pillow if preferred, water bottle. Wear some comfy clothing.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in. Latecomers who arrive after the event starts can't be accommodated. The event is facilitated in a spacious amenity room at a residential address.
