Sound Bath in Bedford, 25th January, 7-8pm

A sound bath is a deeply relaxing and mindful experience. You will lie down comfortably and allow to be bathed in the vibrations of various healing instruments. Many different instruments will be used to create healing vibrations such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes and drums.

Spaces are intentionally limited to 10 people max to keep the session intimate, allowing each participant to be in close proximity to the singing bowls if they want an immersive experience.

Please arrive early enough for a prompt 7:00pm start. The sound bath will last about 50 minutes and then we will have 15-20 minutes for integration.

The Place Bedford, Bradgate Road, Bedford, MK40 3DE.There is plenty of free parking on site and there is bar on the ground floor that participants are welcome to relax and enjoy a beverage prior to the event.

The sound bath with take place in one of the hire rooms upstairs at the Place Theatre in Bedford.
