Mindful Sensory Walk

Hello everyone,

Maybe you have tried other mindful actitivies but never explored a park with your five main senses? Maybe you are looking for a new way of exploring the park with your children?

Mindful acitivities help us to enjoy the current moment. This means we help our busy minds to slow down so we can relax and ground ourselves again.

We will start off with a few breathing activities and then focus on seeing, hearing, feeling, and smelling. And maybe add the 'tasting' with a refreshment at the cafe at the end?

We will meet at the Cafe THE PAVILLON, at 10.00am. You can park on Park Avenue and find the cafe near the bandstand. Please dress according to the weather. We try to use the grass and woodland areas.
